Today's host is Karianne A. Wahlstrøm, originally from Tvedestrand. On a daily basis, she is an educator and secondary school teacher in her hometown, but she also has broad expertise in motivation, mental training and positive psychology. She has an education in motivational interviewing from Oslo Met, a method for helping people with behavioral change, as well as courses in mental training from Raw Performance, which focuses on strengthening mental skills to achieve goals.
